® Superparamagnetic Polymer Nanoparticles (also called Polymer beads) have high magnetite content, with monodispersed and nano/submicro-scale size. These nanoparticles are modified to provide carboxyl groups permitting the covalent attachment of proteins or ligands onto the surface of the nanoparticles by specific reagents (e.g. EDC), so as to use for protein purification and separation, nucleic acid purification, affinity chromatography, cell isolation, and clinical diagnosis, etc.

® nanoparticles may result in irreversible aggregation and loss of conjunction activity. Before use, please thoroughly vortex the suspension.
